Siobhan is a transfer student in from Beauxbatons after her third year. Despite this fact, she is never heard speaking any French. Siobhan speaks with a clear, bright Scottish accent which adds just a bit of color to her speech.
Siobhan is known for speaking her mind, being friendly, and getting into trouble. Practical jokes are a specialty of hers.
Language
Siobhan is a very proud Scottish Lass. Siobhan's native language is a dialect known as Lowland Scots. Day to day, she generally speaks in a watered-down form of this dialect. She clearly thinks that this watering down of her language, while painful for her, ought to be enough for any intelligent person to be able to understand her. This is often simply not the case. Siobhan will engage in "Code Switching" when it is absolutely necessary, though she clearly tries to avoid it. Siobhan will often feign ignorance or seem not to "get" that someone is having trouble with her speech in order to avoid this. With people whom she has become familiar, and who she understands regularly have problems with her speech, she will occasionally make a more concerted effort to "Spaik te th' Anglish."
