Clearly that first image is from the missing chunk of time between the end of New Hope and the start of Empire Strikes Back. I have often wondered what that trip back to Imperial civilzation was like for poor, dizzy Darth Vader. Clearly he has fashioned a crude Britta water filter from spare stormtrooper parts after crash landing. He probably had to first fashion a crude lathe to help in the crafting of his water filter, too. Maybe some gunpowder, too, while he was at it, just because he surely felt like blowing something up by that point.

As for the the other dude, he's just happy as a clam that he managed to liberate that cute little sewing machine. Right under the noses of those policemen, even, who seem unsure of what sort of citation to give the happy-go-lucky UPS driver.

Yes, but what on earth made the understandably-pleased sewing-machine-liberator feel the need to get so darned dressed up for the event? Was he warned ahead of time about the UPS truck weekly swim meet?

I, of course, had to Google "iCarly" to figure out what you were talking about, JB. I was relieved to realize that it wasn't the sort reference I would be expected to have caught . Along with the fact that I very rarely watch television, my tastes tend to keep me far from such shows .

You just wait.

I figure that kid was on his way to prom when he got a package from UPS. The UPS guy got out of the truck but forgot to put it in park, and rolled backwards down that little hill. While they were waiting for the cops to arrive, the kid decided to open his package, only to find the sewing machine he had been waiting for. He looks like a person who sews. Anyway, someone probably said, "Hey, let's take a picture of you holding the sewing machine that caused the accident going on in the background. It'll be awesome." And that's that.
