When: Friday, 1 October, 2010 @ 11-11:30pm ET. (Time of this post is ~11:35 ET)
What: Groundbreaking for the new Mungo's wing, with special guest Professor Talonen, the primary benefactor of the wing.
Where: Congregate near or in Mungo's, we'll port people to the area.
Who: Anyone who'd like to come. Students who favor Talonen or whom he favors would be especially likely to be there.

Bumped for time change, ~11-11:30pm ET. Again, to help those figuring out time zone issues, this post is a ~2:05am ET. And that means I should be in bed...

Action will be taking place in the Entrance Hall at approximately 11pm ET this Friday, the 8th of October (the time of this post is ~1:10pm, ET. Compare this with the time the forum has listed for the post and calculate in order to find out when the event will be held in your timezone). This is an OOC notice, as the event to occur is not the sort to be announced IC in any way. As the EH is a common gathering place for students, and as many of the students are or might be involved in a variety of ways in the building up to this event, you are free to roleplay whatever reason you see fit for your character to be present.

Also, we understand that this timing is a hardship to many people for whom it is either very late, or very early for them to be on the server. We also understand that we've been doing this to those of you for whom it is a hardship a number of times in the last few weeks. However, we feel as if this is the best time to be able to catch the largest number of people, and that both the late people and the early people are of the sort who would like to be there, if possible. If we were to run it earlier, the people for whom it is early morning would not be able to attend. Later, and the people for whom it is late night would not be able to be there. Therefore, events will continue to occur around this time, and we will continue to ask for a sacrifice from each of you, in the interest of exciting roleplay. We humbly expect that we will not disappoint you.

Above event has started, being late isn't a big deal, feel free to join in when you log in. Please RP that the entire event is taking place in the evening.

Round 2: We'll try this again tonight if any lower year students are around.

Due to the current absence of any Transfiguration teacher, Zane von Mecklenberg will teach a basic concepts - O.W.L. level class in the Transfiguration Classroom at 9 pm EST. All years are welcome, although much of the materials will be for younger years.
