I'll show the code for yours below. We don't use html here, it's bbcode. The bbcode for a flash video is

After the "=" put the dimensions, those are shown in the html you copied in the beginning. You want the width first, then height. So
Code:
[flash=640,385][/flash]
for yours.
No spaces after the comma! Then copy the embed url from the html (it's usually the first url shown, on your example it's after "value." The full bbcode for your video is:

Yeah, I only posted Disturbed, because it's become a part of who I am. Yeah I didn't write the lyrics, but I connect with Disturbed on so many levels. (Except our political views)
