Rumours spread that a First Year Hufflepuff woke up bald this morning after refusing to help a small pixie. Many laugh and crack jokes about how he's off to St. Mungos.

The students cracking jokes about the young hufflepuff are scolded loudly by Steven whenever he hears it.
Early in the morning, Steven Walker was seen hovering a rather large box. There was loud Meowing coming from inside. He immedietly took the box upstairs leaving many to wonder what he needed so many cats for.

Rumors float around the Slytherin house and outward that there's something going on between Xander Black and the Slytherin prefect Kadaja Harpenger. Seeing as how the two have been spending a lot of time together as of late.
Most of the rumors involving the two appear to be about them possibly dating with all the close hugging they do in public and Xander sweeping her off her feet to take her back to the Slytherin commons.

What could Matthew Pace possibly be wearing? Did he rob it from Justan Blake's grave? How was it returned to such good condition if he did? And how was his name replacing Justan Blake's on the prefect board? Why hasn't anyone fixed it yet? Regardless, people continue to talk about it and each time Matt would hear of it, he would (depending on the person speaking of it) laugh or look at them like they're crazy.
[Shiftyedit: Anyone with brains would, of course, know that the position would have to be filled in time. It has been time. Truly, however, Hogwarts does seem to have its deficiencies of brains...]

Steven can be seen most of his time outside the Hospital Wing complaining of all the young kids now seeming to swarm the wing with injuries from two girls "Who seem to be teachers but aren't." He has made it a personal point to speak to some of the professors and prefects about cutting down on violence towards younger students and expressing his concerns about the white wolves that he has found wandering the halls untamed and unchecked.

These rumors are investigated and proven to be lies as the three girls gather together and show Hagrid that their Wolves can to Tricks like normal dogs and are trained for being guardians. and enjoy rolling and romping around like any other playful spirit. The girls are also proven innocent of injuring students, but do admit to slapping a student upside the head for brutally murdering The eldest sister Serenity's Cat.

Rumor has it that Drado Bolton is sweet on Moaning Myrtle. He was spotted in the entrance hall discussing the topic of human-ghost romances, and then he rushed to the first floor bathroom and didn't come out for some time. Could it be love?
