The intent was for the train to leave at the listed starting time.
I think there'll be at least 3 of us at the later time, Charity. Emily said she had to attend that one.

Argh! I'm still annoyed that I missed it. Stupid frigging timezones. I was so sure I'd got it right as well.  IC, I told someone that my international Portkey was delayed lol. Someone had killed Hagrid too, so Saya didn't get to ride in the boats.

With Arizona brilliantly opting out of daylight savings, my time currently matches up with the server time. I just can't read since I thought the 1st time called out in each case was the server time. This site looks promising though.
