Some old players thought it was IC but you -forget everything- once you go out. So I wanted to make it clear to everyone Library adventures sure as The Chamber of Secrets, are strictly fiction. Your character cannot speak snake tongue, you character didn't kill a Basilisk.

It's IC in that your character is having this adventure, that clearly isn't "real" within the mod, but possible to experience through magic. Or something. It's like Inception!
