It seems there is a question on what the exact times are for curfew. Can someone with the proper authority state in grey and white what the official times are? Thank you from ALL the Prefects.

Curfew is hours 23 through 4.
Students should be in by 11 PM (23) and no later, and should not be out of their Houses before 5 AM.
Technically, curfew was longer than that. For example, in OotP it is stated that Fifth Years were to be in their Houses by 9 PM. For simplicity's sake, I presume, it has always been 23 through 4 for all students on the mod.

Change back the curfew to 23-4. That extra ten minutes isnt really needed. *Rabble Rabble Rabble*
