*a notice shows in the entrance hall cupboard* "I invite all the dueling lovers for a tornament, a team dueling tornament, all teams must be of two elements and they will duel in pairs in most the tornament. The tornament consist of 5 stages, the first stage is a classic double match, with only spells, nor items or wands, a uniform will be given to each team.
The second match will be a classic wand duel with no items, in which will be facing three teams at the same time.
The third match will be a duel with the new rules, with no area spells, and no wands, summons, or transformation.
The fourth match will be a massive battle royal with all teams against each other, all goes but unforgiveble spells.
The last stage will be surprise and only show after all the other stages.
All stages recieve points, points that will be explained at a later time.

*Pedro recieves an owl from an unknown sender. This particular owl seems to have had some rather odd transfigurations put upon it, as its wings are shrunken and it has several extra eyes. It bobbles and wobbles by lazily thru the air dropping a letter in his hand packed tightly within a green envelope, then nudging him until he replies.*

"What will the brackets be like? One large one, or year separated?"

*Pedro recieves the letter and responds writing another letter* "For now a big one, but if many people sign we may make brackets" *gives the letter to the owl* " go on my friend!" *gives a mouse to the owl, and the owl goes delivering the message*
