To me it was 1st your = 11... 2nd your= 12 etc etc. ^^ Thats Harry's fault, because he was born in July, thats why it was like that in my mind.

Well you're not wrong, that's commonly how it is. Hermione, and those that are 18 in 7th year, were just born a little outside of the curve.

Aye, as Seril said. They all start as 11, 12, 13 and so on. But then they turn +1 during the year. Except those, like Harry, who do during summer. Yay!
